Safaga
Safaga is a coastal city located (60) km2 south of Hurghada and is considered a major tourist destination on the Red Sea due to its clean beaches and ideal locations for marine activities, in addition to being a major commercial and industrial port and an important commercial center, as it plays a major role in exporting phosphates and other minerals, and works as a transit center for travelers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Quseir is the oldest city on the Red Sea coast and a destination for tourists from all over the world. In addition to the city's wealth of natural mineral resources, especially phosphate, there was a railway track in the city to transport phosphate from its extraction sites to the port for export.
